The Dream Team Foundation’s R.A.W Program is a cohort of the S.E.E. M.E. Program. This branch of the mentorship program for disconnected young men is specifically for African Americans (ages 16 to 24) and is called R.A.W. (Really Addressing What’s Going On).
The R.A.W. cohort was designed with the intention of delving into the more sensitive issues plaguing our community. The Dream Team Foundation believes that by focusing on these topics, we may be able to really address the root causes of gun violence, drug and alcohol abuse, and lack of leadership in this demographic. The program is designed to be a place of transparency and authenticity. We allow the young men to truly be themselves to build trust and facilitate “real” conversations.
