College/Job Preparedness

The Dream Team Foundation will provide participants with the tools and resources they need to prepare for college, careers, and life, and be prepared to pursue the future of their choosing.

Within the employment workshops, participants will learn the needed skills to find and retain employment. The course workshops will focus on soft-skills development, professional communication, conflict resolution, time management, job search techniques, targeted resume building, applying for employment, interviewing techniques, appropriate attire and etiquette, computer skills, and follow-up.
