School-to-Prison Pipeline Prevention

It is the desire of The Dream Team to intervene in the School-to-Prison Pipeline in our community and equip our participants with the tools needed to be successful despite these obstacles. We believe that people can be successful regardless of race, background, or socio-economic status with access to the appropriate resources and support. We expect our participants to excel academically, professionally, and socially.

By providing support and guidance, we will keep youth out of the pipeline and reduce the rate of recidivism in adults. After successful completion of the program, we will encourage participants to become mentors, creating a sustainable cycle of positive intervention.
